Every unit has its own full kitchen stocked with all necessities. The Myrtle & Verandah has a large commercial kitchen with a Traulsen refrigerator, Subzero refrigerator/freezer, and a Viking stove. The Villa Laguna kitchen has commercial quality appliances.

The hotel sits at the north end of Gallery Row in Laguna Beach. The beach is a 2-minute walk from the property, and downtown Laguna Beach is a 15-minute walk. It is 50 miles south of Los Angeles and 70 miles north of San Diego.

The four buildings of Arabella Laguna surround a lush English style garden with white roses, hydrangeas, and trumpet vines. Towering elms shade the courtyard and many sitting areas. The Villa Laguna has a brand new salt-water pool surrounded by the gardens.

The property has on-site laundry facilities with a washer and dryer available. The Jacaranda Cottage has its own private laundry room. The entire property is non-smoking, and housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
